Services are provided for mood disorders, depression, anxiety, anger, life transition issues, post traumatic stress due to childhood trauma, accidents, body image, illness, death and dying issues, workplace issues, stress, and burnout, emotion focus, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), cognitive behaviour, psychotherapy, meditation training, individual counselling and trauma specialists.
Joanne has a Master's in Counselling, Level I and Level II of EMDR training for Post Traumatic Stress and Psychological Trauma. In addition, she helps clients understand and utilize meditation in their pursuit of optimal wellness. Joanne has taken meditation training at the Deepak Chopra Centre in San Diego, California.
